Cos'è l'accessibilità web e perché è obbligatoria?
L'accessibilità web è la pratica di progettare siti usabili da persone con qualsiasi tipo di disabilità. È obbligatoria per la PA dalla Legge Stanca (2004) e per i privati sopra-soglia dall'European Accessibility Act (EAA) entro il 28 giugno 2025.
Cosa rischio se il mio sito non è conforme all'EAA?
I soggetti privati obbligati rischiano sanzioni amministrative, reclami formali da parte degli utenti e procedimenti legali. Oltre ai rischi legali, un sito non accessibile esclude oltre il 15% degli utenti italiani con disabilità.
